| 1 German chocolate cake mix |
| 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted |
| 1/3 cup(s) evaporated milk |
| 1 lb, caramels |
| 1/3 cup(s) evaporated milk |
| 6 ounce(s) chocolate chips |
| 1 cup(s) chopped nuts |
Caramel Brownies Directions
- Mix together, cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Place 1/2 of the dough in bottom of 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 6 minutes
- In microwave, melt caramels, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until smooth. Spread over dough in pan, sprinkle with chips and nuts, spread the rest of the dough over top.
- Bake 18 minutes more.
- This is best made the day before or refridgerated at least 30 minutes before serving
