  • 1/2 cup(s) minute rice
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1 meduim onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 can, cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 can, cream of mushroom soup

Bean Sprout Casserole Directions

  1. Brown beef and onion together, drain fat. Mix in all other ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes with a lid on or covered in foil.
  2. uncover, top with can of chow mein noodles and cook for 15 minutes more
