- 1/2 cup(s) minute rice
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 meduim onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 can, cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 can, cream of mushroom soup
Bean Sprout Casserole Directions
- Brown beef and onion together, drain fat. Mix in all other ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes with a lid on or covered in foil.
- uncover, top with can of chow mein noodles and cook for 15 minutes more
