3 cup(s) Sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup(s) chopped pecans
14 ounce(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
2 ounce(s) to 3 ounces of semisweet chocolate

Coconut Pecan Macaroons Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or tin foil
  3. Combine coconut, pecans, condensed milk, vanilla and salt.
  4. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans
  5. Bake one pan at a time, 8-10 min or until set and coconut is lightly toasted
  6. cool completely on pan
  7. Microwave chocolate 15 seconds at a time til melted, stir often. Drizzle chocolate over cookies
