6 cup(s) Rice or Corn Chex
1 cup(s) light corn syrup
1 cup(s) sugar
1 1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
2 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cup(s) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Chex Scotcheroos Directions

  1. Grease a large round bowl and pour the cereal in, set aside
  2. Grease 9x13 pan, set aside
  3. In a pan on the stove combine the corn syrup and sugar. Stir over medium high heat until it comes to a boil.
  4. Immediately remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 C peanut butter.
  5. Immediately pour this mixture over the cereal and fold in
  6. Pour into the 9x13
  7. In microwave, combine the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, 1/2 C peanut butter and vanilla. Microwave for 15 seconds at a time stirring after each
