  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 1 pkg, (1lb) chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
  • 32 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) sugar

Cookies 'n Cream Cheesecake Squares Directions

  1. Place 20 of the cookies in food processer and process until finely ground, add butter, mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Coarsely chop remaining 15 cookies, set aside
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of th ereserved shopped cookies. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bars
