This assumes you'll have slightly stale cinnamon rolls laying around, but if you do, this recipe will make them the most decadent fabulous dessert you've ever had!!

  • 3/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 4 cup(s) milk or half n half
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 12 stale cinnamon rolls
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup(s) chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs

Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding Directions

  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with pam
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into chunks, place in prepared pan. sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar, add eggs, milk or half n half, salt, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over cinnamon rolls and let soak in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours, covered with foil for the first hour. Pudding should be golden brown and set
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, serves about 12
  6.
