- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 7 tablespoon(s) flour
- 2 lg eggs
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
Sour Cream Pancakes Directions
- In a small bowl mix together eggs and vanilla, set aside
- In a separate bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt
- Add the sour cream to the dry ingredients til just combined, don't over mix. Whisk in the egg mixture
- Cook on a hot griddle with plenty of butter
- Serve warm with lots of maple syrup
