- 3 cup(s) Sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
- 2 ounce(s) to 3 ounces of semisweet chocolate
- 14 ounce(s) sweetened condensed milk
Coconut Pecan Macaroons Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper or tin foil
- Combine coconut, pecans, condensed milk, vanilla and salt.
- Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans
- Bake one pan at a time, 8-10 min or until set and coconut is lightly toasted
- cool completely on pan
- Microwave chocolate 15 seconds at a time til melted, stir often. Drizzle chocolate over cookies
