Ingredients

1 pound(s) ground beef
1 large chopped onion
2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 lg can whole tomatos with liquid, chopped up
1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon(s) flour
2 beef bullion cubes
3 cup(s) cooked wheat

Wheat Chili Directions

  1. Cook wheat by gently boiling in 6 cups of water til tender.
  2. Saute meat and onions together until meat is browned, add all remaining ingredients except the wheat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for one hour. Add wheat and heat throughly
  3. Use lean meat or you can substitute ground chicken or turkey. And of course taste befor you serve your family and adjust seasonings as needed
