12 10 inch homestyle tortillas |
1 pound(s) grated cheddar cheese |
1 large can refried beans |
Mexican Lasagna Directions
- Lay out your tortillas on a counter and divide the refried beans among them. Spread beans evenly but don't obsess about it. Sprinkle cheese over beans and roll up tortillas enchilada style.
- Place tortillas in a 9x13 baking pan
- Cook beef, drain fat and stir in the salsa
- Top tortillas with salsa mixture then top that with more cheese
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly
- you can use traditional or spicey bean, you can use any cheese that you like too
