  • 16 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cup(s) pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 pinch(es) seasoning salt
  • 8 1/2 ounce(s) crushed pineapple, drained

Cheeseball - Grandma Hardy Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well except for pecans. Roll together into a ball and refrigerate til firm. Then roll cheeseball into the chopped nuts. Veggies need to be chopped very finely and if you have a strong onion use less or substitute with finely chopped green onions. Be very careful with the seasoning salt, leaving it out makes the cheeseball plain but using too much just ruins it. We have some family members who have problems with nuts so we leave them out or make 2 cheeseballs, 1 with and 1 without.
