Great Popsicles Directions
- Fruit and Yogurt popsicles
- 3/4 cup ripe fruit, crushed or whirled in blender, 3/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
- Very orange popsicles
- 3/4 cup water, 1/2 of a 6oz container of frozen orange juice concentrate, paritally thawed, 1 ripe banana.
- Pineapple Coconut popsicles
- 1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple undrained, 1/2 cup coconut milk, well stirred, 1/4 cup honey or sugar, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, packed
- Cinnamon Apple popsicles
- 1 cup applesauce, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup plain
