1 cup(s) cooked rice, cooled
2 cans shrimp, broken into pieces
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup(s) cauliflower, chopped fine
6 large stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 dash(es) tobasco sauce
1 cup(s) sour cream

Rice and Shrimp Salad Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix next 4 ingredients,add salt and pepper to taste and the juice of 1 lemon, add to rice mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving
