2 cans shrimp, broken into pieces |
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine |
1 small onion, chopped fine |
1 cup(s) cauliflower, chopped fine |
6 large stuffed green olives, sliced |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 dash(es) tobasco sauce |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
Rice and Shrimp Salad Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix next 4 ingredients,add salt and pepper to taste and the juice of 1 lemon, add to rice mixture and mix well.
Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving
