3 cup(s) cooked and drained pinto beans
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon(s) oil
2 tablespoon(s) corn flour
2 tablespoon(s) salsa

Refried Beans Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until limp. Add corn flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add beans and mash. Add salsa and stir. heat through and serve.
  2. Good for tacos, burritos, great in nachos and with some additions makes a good bean dip
