3 cup(s) cooked and drained pinto beans |
1 onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
2 tablespoon(s) corn flour |
2 tablespoon(s) salsa |
Refried Beans Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil until limp. Add corn flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add beans and mash. Add salsa and stir. heat through and serve.
- Good for tacos, burritos, great in nachos and with some additions makes a good bean dip
