1/3 cup(s) chopped pecans |
1 cup(s) powdered sugar |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened |
2 cup(s) cool whip, divided |
2 small pkgs lemon instant pudding |
3 cup(s) milk |
Lemon Dessert - Aunt Kaye's Directions
- Mix butter and flour together and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and press them into the crust. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese until well blended. Fold in 1 cup of cool whip and spread evenly on cooled crust.
- Mix pudding with milk until thickened, spread over cream cheese miture. Spread 1 cup of cool whip over the top of that.
- Cool in fridge at least 4 hours. Store in fridge
