  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 18 ounce(s) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cup(s) whole, cooked wheat

Carrot and Pineapple Salad Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve cold or at room temperature
  2. For variety and added nutrition you can add; sliced bananas, chopped apples, raisens, dried cherries or cranberries, maybe even a chopped nut of your choice
