Carrot and Raisen Muffins Directions
- Combine, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger. Stir in carrots, raisens and nuts.
- Add pineapple, eggs, butter and vanilla
- Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
- Yield about 12 muffins
