Ingredients

Recipe
- 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 lg can whole tomatos with liquid, chopped up
- 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 3 cup(s) cooked wheat
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
Wheat Chili Directions
- Cook wheat by gently boiling in 6 cups of water til tender.
- Saute meat and onions together until meat is browned, add all remaining ingredients except the wheat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for one hour. Add wheat and heat throughly
- Use lean meat or you can substitute ground chicken or turkey. And of course taste befor you serve your family and adjust seasonings as needed
