- 2 tablespoon(s) corn flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) salsa
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cup(s) cooked and drained pinto beans
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
Refried Beans Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil until limp. Add corn flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add beans and mash. Add salsa and stir. heat through and serve.
- Good for tacos, burritos, great in nachos and with some additions makes a good bean dip
