1 1/2 pound(s) boneless round steak |
1/4 cup(s) chopped onions |
1/4 cup(s) melted margarine |
2 cup(s) fresh bread crumbs |
1/2 cup(s) chopped celery |
1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 cup(s) flour |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/3 cup(s) water |
Steak roll-ups Directions
- Pound steak to 1/3 inch in thickness. Cut into six pieces. Combine the next eight ingredients, mix well. Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak, roll up and fasten with a toothpick.
- Roll in flour. In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil. Combine soup and water. Pour over steak. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
- Serve with noodles or rice
