2 cucumbers, diced |
5 tomatos, seeded and diced |
1/2 onion, diced |
2 avocados, diced |
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
1 lemon, juiced |
2 limes, juiced |

1 pkg, imitation crab |
1 green pepper, diced |
1 jalapeno, diced finely |
Ceviche - Tricia's Directions
- Mix together, cucumber, tomatos, onion, avocados, cilantro and peppers. Juice the lemon and limes and pour over. Salt and pepper as needed.
- the point of Ceviche is to use raw fish or seafood and the chemical reaction in the lemon and limes do the cooking. But we prefer to use cooked shrimp and imitation crab because where we are its difficult to get fresh fish and some of our family have shellfish allergies.
