1 1/2 cup(s) flour
1/4 cup(s) light or dark brown sugar
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 egg
1 1/4 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) canned pumpkin
2 tablespoon(s) oil

Pumpkin Waffles Directions

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients, then mix together all the wet ingredients and combine them with the dry.
  2. Preheat and spray both sides of a waffle maker according to manufacturers directions and cook waffles
  3. Serve with butter, syrup, whatever goes well with pumpkin
  4. Yield: 4 waffles
