1/2 cup(s) onion, minced
2 tablespoon(s) butter
4 ounce(s) can, diced green chilies
1 cup(s) solid pack tomatos, drained, chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 pound(s) monterey jack cheese, cubed

Green Chilies Dip Directions

  1. Cook onion in butter over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Stir in chilies, tomatoes, salt and a dash of pepper. Simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Stir in cheese, and continue stirring over low heat, until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve hot with corn chips or veggies
