1/2 cup(s) butter, melted |
1 lg egg |
1/2 cup(s) light brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 1/4 cup(s) flour |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
3/4 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips |
1 1/2 cup(s) sweetened shredded coconut |
2/3 of a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, about 10 oz |
5 ounce(s) caramel sauce or salted caramel sauce |
3/4 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips, melted |
Samoas Cookie Pie Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 - Spray a 9 inch pie dish with cooking spray
- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter
- cool it a few minutes before adding the egg so you don't scramble it.
- Add egg, brown sugar, vanilla and whisk until smooth
- Add flour, salt and stir until just combined, don't over mix!
- Place batter in pie dish, smooth top slightly. Bake for 10-12 min, pie will not be done
- Remove pie from oven and evenly sprinkle 3/4 C chocolate chips over the crust
- Evenly sprinle the coconut
