1 cup(s) leftover cooked ham
1 cup(s) sliced potatos, boiled or baked
1 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
1 cup(s) mayonaise
1 cup(s) cubed velveeta cheese

Ham and potato casserole Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients and put into a buttered baking dish. Can be topped with sliced green olives
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
