4 cup(s) chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup(s) milk |
1 dz corn tortillas cut into fat strips |
1 pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup(s) salsa |
Viva La Chicken Directions
- Mix together soups, onions, milk and salsa.
- Put a couple scoops of the salsa mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan, then begin layering chicken, tortillas, cheese and continue to repeat until it's all gone ending with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
- We have used up a lot of Thanksgiving turkey this way, but one year we used leftover smoked turkey.....bad idea!
