2 reg. cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup(s) milk
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
4 cup(s) cut up cooked chicken
1 pound(s) bag frozen broccoli carrot cauliflower frozen veggie mix
1 can homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Chicken Biscuit Bake Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350. In 4 qt saucepan, heat soup, milk, thyme, pepper, chicken and vegetables to boiling over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Boil and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Spread in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish
  2. Separate dough into 8 bixcuits, place evenly over hot chicken mixture
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy on bottom. After 20 minutes, cover with foil if necessary to prevent excessive browning
