| 2 reg. cans cream of chicken soup |
| 1 cup(s) milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
| 4 cup(s) cut up cooked chicken |
| 1 pound(s) bag frozen broccoli carrot cauliflower frozen veggie mix |
| 1 can homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits |
Chicken Biscuit Bake Directions
- Heat oven to 350. In 4 qt saucepan, heat soup, milk, thyme, pepper, chicken and vegetables to boiling over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Boil and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Spread in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish
- Separate dough into 8 bixcuits, place evenly over hot chicken mixture
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy on bottom. After 20 minutes, cover with foil if necessary to prevent excessive browning
