Maple syrup - thick or thin Directions
- Read these directions completely, then choose how you want to make your syrup!
- For thick syrup - combine 2 tbl water, 1 1/2 c corn syrup, 1/4 c sugar, and 1/2 tsp maple flavoring. Boil for 2 minutes, serve hot, can be stored for some time in the fridge
- For thin syrup - combine 1 c water, 2 c sugar and 1/2 tsp maple flavoring. Heat to melt sugar and serve hot, can also be stored in the fridge
