1 egg |
16 tablespoon(s) butter, melted |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
15 ounce(s) can of pumpkin |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
16 ounce(s) powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine cake mix, 1 egg and 8 tbls melted butter and mix well. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and pumpkim til smooth. Add 3 eggs, vanilla, and butter and beat together. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter and bake for 40-50 minutes. Make sure not to overbake, the center should be a little gooey.
