1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
16 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
15 ounce(s) can of pumpkin
3 eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
16 ounce(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg

Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine cake mix, 1 egg and 8 tbls melted butter and mix well. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and pumpkim til smooth. Add 3 eggs, vanilla, and butter and beat together. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter and bake for 40-50 minutes. Make sure not to overbake, the center should be a little gooey.
