Black Bottom Cupcakes Directions
- In a bowl. combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar and salt.
- In another bowl combine water, vanilla and oil. Pour over dry ingredients, stir well.
- Line muffin pan with cupcake liners, Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into each cup
- Combine the cream cheese, egg, and 6 tbsp sugar and the chocolate chips. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling in center of each cup.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. Frost if desired.
- The boiled fluffy icing is great with these, or a
