| 1 1/3 cup(s) sugar |
| 3 eggs |
| 1 teaspoon(s) almond extract or vanilla |
| 1/2 cup(s) oil |
| 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
| 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) cloves |
| 1/2 cup(s) orange juice |
| 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |

Zucchini Cupcakes - Grandma Hardy Directions
- Beat eggs, sugar, oil and orange juice and extract. Combine dry ingredients, add to egg mixture and mix well. Add zucchini and mix well
- Bake at 350 about 20-25 minutes or until cupcakes spring back when pressed lightly, cool completely
- For frosting: combine brown sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool to lukewarm. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until it reaches spreading
