| 1 cup(s) milk |
| 1/2 gallon(s) cocoa |
| 1 cup(s) hot water |
| 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |

| 2 cup(s) powdered sugar |

Home made "Hostess" cupcakes Directions
- Mix first 10 ingredients well. bake at 350 in cupcake papers for about 15-20 minutes. Cool completely
- For frosting: mix powdered sugar, butter, crisco, milk, vanilla and salt til fluffy. Fill a pastry bag with a large tip. Poke a hole into the center of cupcake with tip, squeeze filling cupcake til small cracks start to appear
- These can also be frozen.
- If you're in a hurry you can use a chocolate cake mix instead of starting from scratch, but this recipe really does work best
