3 cup(s) powdered sugar |

1/4 cup(s) cornstarch |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
3/4 cup(s) cold water, divided |
1 cup(s) boiling water |
3 ounce(s) pkg, peach jello |
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice |
4 cup(s) fresh peaches |
Georgia Peaches and Cream Directions
- Combine flour and butter, add chopped nuts. Press into 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely. Set aside
- Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese until smooth. Fold in cool whip. spoon on top of crust, pushing sides up a bit to make a slight well for peaches. Set aside
- Mix sugar and cornstarch and salt, add 1/4 cup cold water to make a paste. Slowly add paste to the boiling water, stir constantly 2 to 3 minutes. Then add peach jello and stir 1 min more
