1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup(s) sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup(s) oil
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
16 ounce(s) powdered sugar
1 cup(s) finely chopped walnuts

Banana Sour Cream Cake Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat the first 5 ingredients with mixer on low speed just until moistened, stopping frequently to scrape bottom and side of bowl. Beat on meduim 2 min. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan
  3. Bake 35 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely
  4. Beat cream cheese nd butter with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in powdered sugar
  5. Remove cake from pan. Carefully cut cake crosswise in half usning serrated knife. Place 1 cake
