Chocolate Cheesecake - Mary's Directions
- First thing you should know is that I use a 9 inch spring form pan and this cheesecake is way too much for it. So I use a 9 inch round pan too. Bonus! 2 cakes for the price and prep of 1.
- Put cookies in food processor and pulse til small crumbs. Add 2 tbl melted butter or margarine. Place 2/3 of it into your spring form pan and the other 1/3 into your 9 inch round and press to make a crust.
- Beat together: cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and flour until smooth
