Peach Cobbler - Grandma Hardy Directions
- Cream sugar into butter, sift dry ingredients, stir into sugar mixture alternating with milk.
- Pour into 2 qt baking dish, spoon fruit over the top, sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, pour reserved juice over the top of that.
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
- If using a 9x13 you need to double the batch
- Serve hot with ice cream
