1 large can peaches
1/4 cup(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) sugar

Peach Cobbler - Grandma Hardy Directions

  1. Cream sugar into butter, sift dry ingredients, stir into sugar mixture alternating with milk.
  2. Pour into 2 qt baking dish, spoon fruit over the top, sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, pour reserved juice over the top of that.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
  4. If using a 9x13 you need to double the batch
  5. Serve hot with ice cream
