- A 10 lb block of chocolate will cover 1 batch cream cheese, 1 batch fondant, 3 bag of carmels for turtles, and 3 batches of toffee with some left over for nuts clusters - I have used a ten lb block to cover - 2 batches of fondant, 2 snickers recipes, 1 cream cheese fudge, peanut butter balls and just a few nut clusters.
