1 yellow cake mix, with pudding in the mix |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
2 eggs, divided |
1/3 cup(s) oil |
Lemon Cheesecake Bars Directions
- Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg and oil until crumbly, reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture in the bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan, bake for 10 minutes
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs, bake 15 -20 minutes longer or until lightly browned
- Cool, cut into bars
