4 eggs
2 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) vegetable oil
14 ounce(s) can pumpkin, solid pack
2 cup(s) flour
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
1 cup(s) raisins, optional
whipped cream cheese frosting

Pumpkin Spice Bars Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray with pam the bottom and sides of a 15x10x1 inch baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger and cloves. Stir in raisins if using. Spread in pan
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 2 hours
  4. Spread frosting over bars. Cut bars into 7x7 rows Store in the fridge
