2 cup(s) flour |
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |

1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves |
1 cup(s) raisins, optional |

Pumpkin Spice Bars Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray with pam the bottom and sides of a 15x10x1 inch baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger and cloves. Stir in raisins if using. Spread in pan
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 2 hours
- Spread frosting over bars. Cut bars into 7x7 rows Store in the fridge
