4 ears, sweet corn
2 tablespoon(s) corn oil
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
2 dash(es) black pepper
1 lime, quartered

Mexican Street Corn Directions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or a bbq grill
  2. Rub corn with oil and place on the grill pan, turning corn so all sides are charred, about 6 to 10 minutes
  3. Mix all other ingredients. Remove corn from grill and brush with mayo mixuture, serve with lime quarters to squeeze over corn
  4. We often make this mix, but skip the oil and brush on the mayo mixture, then wrap corn in foil and grill or bake.
