| 1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
| ½ teaspoon(s) salt |
| ½ cup(s) milk |
| 1 egg |
| 1 teaspoon(s) oil |
| 6 hot dogs |
Crunchy Corn Dogs Directions
- Sift flour, baking powder, cornmeal and sugar.
- In small bowl, stir together milk, eggs and oil, beat in dry ingredients.
- If desired skewer hotdogs on wooden stick, dip in batter. Fry in hot oil til golden brown and drain on paper towels
