Cinnamon Swirl Loaf Directions
- In large bowl mix 3 1/2 cups flour and the yeast. Heat milk in saucepan to just warm combined with the 1/2 cup sugar, shortening, and salt, stirring constantly to melt shortening. Add to flour mixture and stir to combine, add eggs.
- Add enough flour up to 8 cups to make a moderately soft dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead for 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise til double.
