| 1/2 cup(s) oil |
| 1/2 cup(s) butter |
| 1/4 cup(s) cocoa |
| 2 eggs |
| 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk |
| 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
| 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
| 1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine |
| 1/3 cup(s) whipping cream |
| 1/4 cup(s) cocoa |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
| 3 cup(s) powdered sugar |
| 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
| 1 cup(s) finely chopped nuts |
Cinnamon Chocolate Cake Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
- In a saucepan, combine water, oil, margarine or butter, and cocoa, bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over dry ingredients, mix well.
- Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda, mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured 15x10 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done.
- For frosting, combine 1/2 cup butter, cream, cocoa and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is heated
