1 pound(s) lump crab meat
1 cup(s) grated pepper jack cheese
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup(s) green onions, minced
5 roasted garlic cloves, or 2 cloves minced
3 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon(s) lemon or line juice
1 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 pinch(es) salt
1 pinch(es) pepper

Hot Crab Dip Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saccerole and gently stir until mixed.
  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasts
  3. If you have a shell fish allergy or just want to save a few dollars, you can substitute an imitation crab meat with little compromise in flavor
