Cheesy Sour Cream Potatoes
These are also known as funeral potatoes. Easy to make, great food to feed lots of people

8 cup(s) frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1 pound(s) grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion

Cheesy Sour Cream Potatoes Directions

  1. Combine all but potatoes and cheese, mix well, then add potatoes and mix together.
  2. Pour into casserole or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  3. Remove from oven, top with cheese and cover with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes if desired. Bake 5 minutes more

  5. You can substitute 8 medium potatoes, boiled in their jackets until barely tender. Then peel and grate and follow recipe
