| 8 cup(s) frozen hashbrowns | 
| 1 can cream of chicken soup | 
| 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted | 
| 1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream | 
| 3 green onions, chopped | 
| 1 pound(s) grated cheddar cheese | 
| 3 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion | 
Cheesy Sour Cream Potatoes Directions
- Combine all but potatoes and cheese, mix well, then add potatoes and mix together.
- Pour into casserole or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven, top with cheese and cover with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes if desired. Bake 5 minutes more
- You can substitute 8 medium potatoes, boiled in their jackets until barely tender. Then peel and grate and follow recipe
