2 1/2 cup(s) water |
1 onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 teaspoon(s) beef bullion powder |
3 green onions, chopped |
Spanish Fried Rice Directions
- Bring wheat, water and salt to a boil. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse, drain again and press to remove as much liquid as possible.
- In skillet cook onion until golden brown, than add wheat. Toss lightly, add remaining ingredients, mix and serve
- Add veggies if you like or some cooked ground beef, better yet add last night steak, cup up or last nights left over pot roast, and make a meal of it.
