| 1 1/2 cup(s) bisquick |
| 2/3 cup(s) sugar |
| 1/2 cup(s) milk |
| 2 medium apple, peeled and sliced, about 2 cups |
| 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
| 3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
| 1 cup(s) boiling water |
Caramel Apple Cake Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix Bisquick and sugar in medium bowl. Stir in milk until well blended
- Pour batter into ungreased 9x9 pan. Top with apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples. Pour boiling water over apples
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream
