3 pound(s) pork roast |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 crushed garlic cloves |
2 bottles of green salsa verde |
Chili Verde - De's Directions
- Rub roast with salt and pepper and maybe garlic powder and place it in slow cooker for 10 -12 hours on low
- Take out of cooker, remove fat and bones and shred the meat. Add the chili verde, mix well. Set in fridge overnight, then back in the slow cooker for a few hours til ready to serve.
- Serve with tortillas and sides of your choice
