4 cup(s) boiling water |
4 cup(s) vanilla ice cream, softened |
1 1/2 cup(s) orange juice |
22 ounce(s) mandarin oranges, drained |
Creamy Orange Gelatin Directions
- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice cream and orange juice until blended. Chill until partially set
- Fold in oranges, pour into 2 6 cup ring molds coated with cooking spray.
- Refridgerate overnight or until firm. Unmold just before serving
- Yield 12 servings
