2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) butter
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
3/4 cup(s) sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 cup(s) flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Fudgy Brownies Directions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a xaucepan over low heat, stirring. Take it off the heat and mix in sugar, brown sugar, cool slightly
  2. Whisk in eggs, one at a time and add vanilla. Stir in flour and salt, mix well.
  3. Spread in 9x13 and bake about 30 minutes. Brownies should be under cooked and slightly fudgy, they can burn easily so keep watch.
  4. Some ideas for variations:
  5. replace chocolate chips with mint chips, or any other flavor.
