Fudgy Brownies Directions
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a xaucepan over low heat, stirring. Take it off the heat and mix in sugar, brown sugar, cool slightly
- Whisk in eggs, one at a time and add vanilla. Stir in flour and salt, mix well.
- Spread in 9x13 and bake about 30 minutes. Brownies should be under cooked and slightly fudgy, they can burn easily so keep watch.
- Some ideas for variations:
- replace chocolate chips with mint chips, or any other flavor.
